Stated-owned business or Joint venture?
In contemporary society, virtually all college students will confront the problem of the career choice upon graduation. Taking a look around, we may find it is a common phenomenon for a host of graduates to prefer working in state-owned companies, because they may find it quite comfortable and enjoyable to gain a stable salary. However, as a youngster, I am convinced that it is of great necessity for me to join in a joint-venture corporation.
The reasons for my decision are as follows. Firstly, working in a joint venture, especially a high-salary company means more challenges and more chances to communicate with colleagues from all over the world. Secondly, international firm or organization will bring me more opportunities to see the world, arouse my enthusiasm for success and help me to gain higher salaries. In a word, a joint venture can satisfy my needs I mentioned above.
As a college student I deem that suppose young people intend to achieve success in future, it is advisable for them to cultivate their awareness and habit of diligence, cooperation, communication, a strong will and leadership, no matter they work in a state-owned company or a joint-venture corporation.
For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write an essay. Suppose you have two options upon graduation: one is to find a job somewhere and the other to start a business of your own. You are to make a decision. Write an essay to explain the reasons for your decision. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.
Upon graduation, virtually all college students will confront the problem of the career choice，which is truly a tough choice. Students' opinions differ greatly on this issue. Some hold that priority should be given to start a business of your own, but others take the attitude that finding a job is the best choice influencing their future.
As to myself, I prefer the latter view. An opportunity to start a business exerts a tremendous fascination on a great number of people, with no exception to me. In my view, With the competition in the job market becoming increasingly fierce for college graduates， some ambitious students have tried their hands at launching their own businesses. Over the years，there have been many successful cases of student entrepreneurship and such attempts should be encouraged and promoted by both the universities and the society at large. What’s more ,College students who start businesses are pioneers，among whom will be born China’s future business leaders. Faced with unknown challenges， they are audacious enough to embark on a perilous journey while most of their peers enjoy stable salaries by working as white-collars at high-end office buildings.
All in all, the essential difference between the students who find a job or those students who create their own businesses is that the former are docile followers whereas the latter are aggressive trailblazers. For this reason， business-launching college graduates are more admirable， and thus they command our deep respect.
For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write an essay. Suppose you have two options upon graduation: one is to take a job in a company and the other to go to a graduate school. You are to make a choice between the two. Write an essay to explain the reasons for your choice. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 180 words.
Upon graduation, virtually all college students will confront the problem of the career choice，which is truly a tough choice. Students' opinions differ greatly on this issue. Some hold that priority should be given to take a job, but others take the attitude that going to a graduate school is the most critical factor influencing their future career choices.
As to myself, I prefer the latter view. A higher educational background exerts a tremendous fascination on a great number of people, with no exception to me. This phenomenon that the graduates have difficulties in finding job after their graduation can easily be found anywhere in our daily life, especially on campus. On the one hand, with the improved high education of Chinese college students which directly brought the result that there are more and more graduates every year. On the contrary, job vacancies don’t increase that fast. More people, less food, which is the exact description of the hard condition. On the other hand, more and more people go on to pursue their master and doctor degree; more and more Chinese oversea students come back to China to hunt better working chances. It is sure that the competition is more and more fierce.
Therefore, it is high time that we took effective measures to improve our own competitiveness. That is the secret of success in the future employment market after our graduation.

In Chinese culture, the color of yellow, owing to its unique and symbolic significance, occupies an important position in colors. In the feudal society, it symbolized the power and authority of the rulers. And in those days, yellow was the exclusive color for emperors, for which reason, all the palaces were painted yellow, the royal robe was in yellow, and the common people were prohibited from wearing yellow clothes. In China, the color of yellow is also a symbol of harvest. When crops are ripe in fall, the field looks like a vast sea in bright yellow. People cheer and celebrate the harvest.
With the further development of China’s reform and opening up, more and more young people would like to hold a western-style wedding ceremony, during which bribes wear white wedding gowns for white is considered as a symbol of purity. However, in traditional Chinese culture, white was often used in funerals. So do remember that white flowers cannot be sent as well-wishing gifts for patient recovery, especially not to seniors or the ones who are seriously ill. Similarly, cash gift should be put in red envelops rather than white ones.
As a symbol of good luck, longevity and happiness in Chinese culture, the color of red can be seen everywhere on festive occasions such as Chinese New Year. Cash is usually put in red envelopes as gifts to relatives and close friends. Also, red is much-welcomed in China because of its association with Chinese revolutions and the Communist Party. However, red does not always represent good luck and happiness. Red was previously used to write the names of the deceased so it is seen as an offence to write Chinese people’s names in red ink.

People may wonder why innovation is of considerable benefit to us. It may not be a demanding task to point out its advantages and I only want to present two obvious of them. Initially, it’s universally acknowledged that with the sprite of innovation, we can bring our potential into full play. The story of Jack Ma is the best illustration here. Directions：For this part，you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay on creation. Your essay should include the importance of creation and measures to be taken to encourage creation. You are required to write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words.
Nowadays it is common to encounter a scene when people want to see things happen but can't make things happen for various reasons. The most important reason is that they just refuse to create and innovate. With the accelerated pace of our society, more and more people recognize the importance of creation that is bound to make a difference in social productivity.
As far as I am concerned, we should all have the notion of being the participants of supporting creation. First of all, creation is the most vital factor to improve the inner competitiveness of our nation. For another, it is certain that creation is so essential that enables many people to find their positions in the company and careers in their lives.
Measures are also needed to encourage creation. First and foremost, the government should establish certain rules to sweep up the obstacles of invention. Some people have already complained much about com.

With the boom of China’s economy, the number of Chinese learners is rapidly increasing, making Chinese one of the most popular languages around the world. In recent years, the international rankings of China’s universities have also been improved remarkably. It comes as no surprise that China has ranked among the hottest destinations for overseas students due to its enormous progress in education. In 2015, nearly 400,000 international students flocked to China where they studied not merely Chinese language and culture but also science and engineering. Though America and Britain still dominate the global education market, China is catching up pretty fast.
With the improvement of people’s livelihood, taking holiday is playing an increasingly important role in Chinese people’s lives. In the past, Chinese seldom had the opportunity to go on vacation, since their time is mainly spent on making a living. However, China’s tourism is developing quickly in recent years and the prosperous economy and emergence of the middle class have given rise to an unprecedented trend of traveling craze. Not only do Chinese travel at home, but also abroad. The total tourism consumption reached over 400 billion yuan during the National Day Holiday in 2016. It is estimated by the WTO that by 2020, China will be the largest tourism country which will witness a rapid increase in the outbound tourism expenditures.
